Programs 100% of the youth and families we serve come to us with a history of trauma exposure.
Our prevention programs work with youth and their families who are in crisis and at risk of separation. We partner with parents, educate, support, and strengthen families where they need us the most – in their homes, schools, and communities.
Community-Based Programs
Our family prevention programs work with families who are in crisis and at risk of separation. We partner with parents to educate, support and strengthen families where they need us the most – in their homes, schools, and communities.
Foster Care Programs
Our Foster Care Services provide comprehensive care for the youth and families we serve in the least restrictive form of out-of-home placement possible. The services are individualized with a focus on achieving permanency and delivered in homes with specially trained foster parents or in our group homes for youth who are struggling in their home and community.
Group Home Programs
Our Group Homes provide trauma-informed care for youth who are struggling in their home and community. Through life skills, we empower youth to be their best selves and work towards future goals and independence.
Detention Services
Our Secure and Non-secure Detention Programs provide youth with a safe and secure setting by virtue of their choices and circumstances. Our programs provide an opportunity to choose a better path with new education opportunities, community resources, and trauma-informed care.
Behavioral Health Programs
Trauma-informed Nursing Case Management, clinical health/substance use, and care management services give children/youth (under age 21) and their families the power to improve their health, well-being, and quality of life. These services strengthen families and help them make informed decisions about their care. Services are provided at home or in the community.
“I knew we were doing something right when the children’s mom told us that we are great foster parents. Hearing those words from her touched my heart and brought tears to my eyes.”
